Women in Tech
Once again for 2019, #BCTECHSummit will offer Pre-Summit programming on March 11, 2019 giving a dedicated platform to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and empower women through workshops and speaker sessions that showcase the positive impact women continue to have in the tech sector and highlight the opportunities and continued challenges for women in the tech and innovation sectors. Delegates will walk away with the knowledge and tools they need to implement into their businesses in order to excel and better champion a diverse and inclusive workforce and network.
We will have two parts to our programming, beginning with morning programming brought to us by ExpoPlaza Latina, and afternoon content created through collaboration with our industry partners.

This year's edition of ExpoPlaza Latina will happen in partnership with #BCTECHSummit. On March 11th, we will come together to discuss How Women are Taking a Leadership Role in Industry 4.0 Among the Americas Industry 4.0 is a name given to the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies. It includes cyber-physical systems, the Internet of things, cloud computing and cognitive computing. Industry 4.0 is commonly referred to as the fourth industrial revolution.
